Keynote & Invited Speakers

The conference will feature a distinguished group of keynote and invited speakers who are at the forefront of their respective fields. These renowned experts will share their insights on the latest advancements in fermented food research, technology, and industry.

Oral Communication & Posters

The Scientific Committee will select several oral communications and allocate them to the different sessions of the Conference. We invite you to submit your proposals, which will be selected from the two possibilities: oral communication or poster. The poster session will be very important. We count on giving ample space to it and appropriate relevance. Awards for the best oral communications and posters will be sponsored.
