Keynote & Invited Speakers

The conference will feature a distinguished group of keynote and invited speakers who are at the forefront of their respective fields. These renowned experts will share their insights on the latest advancements in fermented food research, technology, and industry.

Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Please comply with the following instructions for your oral presentation:

  • Only LCD projectors will be used in the technical sessions.
  • All slide presentations must be formatted for PowerPoint display.
  • All presenters of oral presentations are required to submit their PowerPoint presentation to their session moderator or preloading onto the moderators laptop computer.
  • The moderators will contact presenters prior to the meeting to make arrangements for receipt of their presentation and method of transfer.

Guidelines for Posters

  • The display panel will be provided for each accepted poster. The poster panels provided will be 100 cm wide and 200 cm high, and posters must thus fit within this space.
  • We recommend a standard size of A0 (85 cm x 120 cm).
  • “Dots” with adhesive on one side and Velcro on the other will be available to mount posters to the display panel.
  • The official language for the posters is English.
  • Posters should be readable from a distance of 3 ft (0.9 m).
  • For adequate visibility, letters should be at least 3/8 in (1 cm) high after enlargement to full poster size.
  • Photographs should be a minimum of 8 x 10 in (20 x 25 cm); the minimum size for all other illustrations is 9 in x 12 in (23 x 30 cm).
  • You should set up your poster on the morning of October 27th. Posters will be displayed throughout the Conference, and presenters may be given an opportunity to make a few introductory comments on their poster within the time constraints of the programme.
