*Student/PhD Student: to register as a student, a Proof of status is mandatory. To benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the Online registration;

**Academia: please specify your academic affiliation.

Registration fee includes attendance to the scientific sessions and exhibition, congress material, welcome reception, light dinner, coffee breaks, lunches.

Please note that the Conference dinner on October 29th is not included in the registration fees. Tickets for the Conference dinner are limited, reservation is subject to availability check.

Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, including 22% Italian VAT. Should VAT increase, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Conference is liable for Italian VAT as it is classed under VAT legislation as “services” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (organizers of the conference).
Other Italian institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT exemption status.

 

Confirmation

At the end of the registration process online, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Once the payment has been received, the invoice will be issued as final confirmation of your registration.

 

Payment

  • By Credit Card: Payments must be made in euros, by credit card or bank transfer (no cash payments are accepted). All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card)
  • By Bank Transfer: Payment of LATE FEE via bank transfer only possible until October 15, 2025. After this date, payment by credit card only. Please transfer the payment to:

Please note:
– All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.
– Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
In case the deadline for registration at early fee has passed before payment of a registration is received, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unable to attend, you need to notify us by sending an e-mail with your name and registration confirmation to icff2025.reg@aimgroup.eu

You will be refunded according to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation until September 1, 2025 – Refund of all prepaid fees except for a 15% administration charge
  • Cancellation after September 1, 2025 – No refund

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.

 

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it

In the unlikely case that the event cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Congress Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

 

Visa

Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.
The conference organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. Visas should be requested up to 4 months before departure as the application process can take several weeks.
The official VISA letter and invitation to the conference can be downloaded through your personal page at registration area of the conference website. The VISA letter will not be legally or financially binding on the Organizing Secretariat. Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves. We invite you to download the visa and invitation letter together with the ID Card of the Inviting host (C.I.) and together with our Chamber of Commerce Registration Paper (VISURA ACT).
